CONVERSATION

Chef 1&2 : Good Morning, how are you everybody? Ok this morning, I am Chef
Jessica and Iam chef Eka holding a cooking class. I was accompanied by
a nutrition expert, Mr. Rama
Nutrient : Hi, good morning guys
Chef 2 : So our theme this morning is "nutrient-rich regional cuisine" therefore
we will cook lontong sayur.
Reporter 1 : Why did you choose this dish as an example of this theme?
Nutrient : Well, here I will help chef to answer. Why do we choose lontong sayur?
because in rice cake there are many nutrients that are good for the body.
Reporter 2 : What nutritional content is there in the lontong sayur sir?
Nutrient : Ok I'll explain, the first we got carbohydrate intake from lontong, high
protein from tofu, tempeh, and peanut sauce. then lots of vitamin A,
calcium, and iron from spinach and chayote
Reporter 1 : Wow, the complete nutrition of this food
Nutrient : Absolutely right, and many health benefits too
Tester : I can't wait to taste

Reporter 2 : Excuse me chef, I want to ask. What ingredients are needed to make lontong
sayur?
Chef : The ingredients needed to make the lodeh are, squash, ....., coconut milk,
bay leaves, enough sugar and galangal, garlic, onion, red chili, and coriander
Reporter 1 : Excuse me, chef, where does this food come from?
Chef 2 : Come from……
Reporter : Food ingredients be obtained easily?
Chef 1 : Yes, food ingredients can be found in traditional or supermarket.
Reporter 1&2 : Thank you chef.

Taster : so the spices are very pronounced, especially the galangal. then for salty
and spicy it is also right. in my opinion this is delicious and complete for its
nutritional content.
