Application for extension of judicial custody of accused Muhammad Muzamil S/o

Muhammad Rafiq (CNIC NO.36303-2191397-9).
Respectfully Sheweth,

1. That complaints on the allegations of cheating members of public at large were

received against the said company from FIA and general public. Consequently, NAB-L
took cognizance of the offence and an inquiry was authorized to the undersigned vide
letter dated 27,04,2018.

2. That accused lured the general public to invest with him on the false / fraudulent /
dishonest pretext of booking / selling of motorcycles and subsequently missapproprited
the same.

4. That accused Muhammad Muzammil was arrested being main accused in the
instant case and ssubsequently committed to judicial custody.

8. That Investigation report has been finalized and reference against accused
Muhammad muzamilJudicial had been sent to NAB Headquarters for the purpose of
seeking concurrence by Chairman NAB. Hence, it is requested that judicial remand of
accused may kindly be extended.

9. That it would be in the interest of justice to allow the application in accordance

with law.

Prayer

It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that the judicial custody of

accused may kindly extended in accordance with law and reference shall be filed within
due course of time.
