It is fair that sports professionals earn a great deal more

money than people in other important professions. Some

people think this is fully justified while others think it is
unfair. Discuss both these views and give your own
opinion.

It is an obvious truth that sport stars earn incredible

salaries whereas the other important profession can’t get ( this
sounds weird ). In my opinion there is nothing to call fair or
unfair in a payment for top sports people and others.
On the one hand, sports professionals deserve to get high
salaries for their dedication and passion (if youre gonna say on
one hand you have to say whats the other point of view in the
same sentence ). Firstly, to become a famous sport person star
like Messi, Ronaldo, most and other successful football players
have to undergo many years of training to develop the skill and
fitness that being a sports star requires. They also have to
encounter with many risksiness for their health and the limited
careers spans due to the toll the game takes on their body
ages. At least After the age of 35 years old, they don’t have
ability to play in a football pitch. Secondly, with a victory in the
international competitions, sport starts obtain honour and fame
not only just for themselves but also for their country. In
addition they contribute huge income in the form of higher
profits for industrial entertainment by the attraction of audiences
about champions league or World cup, UEFA Euro,... ( you
cannot end like this)
On the other hand, it can be seen that not The argument
can be made that football players are not more talented than
people nor play an more important role for the good of society
such as doctors, engineers,.... Doctors help people survive and
have a good health while engineers build and make a life
beatiful life with many convinient machines, new technologies
and high buildings,... However, there aren’t many people who
know about their dedications because media don’t does not pay
attention about this to their situation ( you can say they don’t
pay attention to their contribution to society… it sounds better).
This may be the reason why their salary is lower than sport
starts.
In conclusion, there shouldn’t be a judgement between
how much money sports professionals earn and the amount
that other important professionals earn. Because their
dedication for society is different, they deserve to earn as much
that money.
