    Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, and currently enrolled in IEE05 – Job Evaluation.
    In line with this, we are requesting permission to conduct a job evaluation in your institution /
    organization.

    If approval is granted, we would like to ask an interview to some of your employees regarding to
    the duties and responsibilities they performed and conduct an observation in your institution /
