That for and in consideration of the sum of THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(P35,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand paid to me in full satisfaction and
acknowledged to have received from the buyer, JOHN MICHAEL OCHOA, of legal age,
Filipino and a resident of ___________________________________, by virtue of these
presents, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY FOREVER, unto said
John Michael Ochoa, his heirs, successors and assigns the above-described motor
vehicle.

That I further declare that the above-described motor vehicle is free from liens
and/or encumbrances and shall defend its ownership from any/all claim/s whatsoever.
