Minutes:
1. Began work on Milestone #3B: Feasibility & Merit Criteria.
a. Discussed potential feasibility criteria (3-4) and worked on generating a description,
explanation, and how a decision will be made.
b. Discussed potential merit criteria (4-5) and worked on generating a description,
weighting, how to evaluate, and determined the scale that will be used.
2. Generated a start to a list of questions for Patrick and Fred.
a. Developed list of questions about standards, bag size, and Fred’s contact information.
3. Determined the team will set up a phone interview with Fred/Patrick when the team receives
feedback on design concepts.
a. The team will talk through potential solutions to the Patient Draining System issues and
pitch design concepts to Fred/Patrick.
b. This will be discussed potentially at the end of next week.
