Job Roles & Responsibilities

Interacting with the functional owners for requirement gathering & analysis
Conducting feasibility studies to determine the viability of business requirements
Understanding the existing system and transferring the same into requirements for
new system
Perform Impact Analysis & provide Solution Design to the development team
Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) for the entire application for the
client as well
as the development team.

Prioritizing user requirements & Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)


Follow up with User representative for design changes and approvals
Continuous co-ordination with development team for clarification on Requirement
Specification /
Development / Testing throughout the entire project cycle.

Project Management.
Managing the testing team and responsible for scenario creation and verify.
Coordinate with client team for the entire cycle of data migration activity.
Analyzing interfaces of existing system built with other applications and ensuring
the same is
developed for new system with proper data flow.

Post deployment support including preparation of training material, handling user


queries,
rollout planning and end user communication

Key Responsibilities:
1- Work closely with clients (Business Development Team and Project Management
team) to understand RFPs/RFQs.
2- Gather functional and technical requirement from Clients through Calls, Emails
and Skype.
3- Draft comprehensive proposals with detailed SOW (Scope of Work), flow diagrams,
and wire frames.
4- Coordinate with Project team to get effort estimation for the proposals and
present same to the Business Development Team.
5- Requirement gathering, preparing data flows and mapping information.
6- Should be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications
for the development team.
