Job Title: Production Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Creating and maintaining the manufacturing process of production.

2. Ensuring everything on the production floor is working according to the company policies
and safety standard.

3. Developing the production programs and guidelines to support company objectives.

4. Organizing the trainings to the team members to achieve production goals.

5. Developing the production budget and maintaining expenses within the budget.

6. Determining the production goals by using the sales market research.

7. Determining the equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet various quotas.

8. Suggesting the improvement of the process to enhance production quality and capacity.

9. Ensuring that finished goods meet quality standards and customer specifications.
