Conditions:

1. Educational qualifications, pay scales and service conditions are as prescribed by the
UGC, Govt. of Maharashtra and Shivaji University, Kolhapur from time to time.
2. Appointment to the post of Principal will be for a period of 5 years from the date of
appointment or up to the attainment of the age of superannuation of the candidate,
whichever is earlier.
3. For the post of Principal candidate should submit their API report at the time of
Interview.
4. Please note that the recruitment procedure initiated by this advertisement subject to
decision by Hon. Bombay High-court, Aurangabad Bench on write petition
No. 12051/2015.
