Compared to US, Canadian labor laws are little bit

more strict. That’s why employers are wary of hiring


someone new because once hired it is difficult to
fire them. According to me this is the core reason
behind employers citing “lack of canadian
experience” for new immigrants seeking
opportunities. If you can’t be hired you can’t gain
canadian experience and vice-versa. This is a classic
chicken or egg situation. And in a way, point 1 & 3
influence each other. In my case, although i had
comparable US experience i was rejected many
hundred times than you could imagine.
