CRITERIA 4 - Extremely Satisfactory

This is the evaluation form for the prospective caterers of the Grade 11 3 - Satisfactory
Promenade. Indicated below are the ideals for each criterion with 4 points each. 4 2 - Partially Satisfactory
is the highest score, while 1 is the lowest, for a total of 20 points. Please evaluate 1 - Unsatisfactory
honestly.

1. Serving Method & Presentation​:

The food is presented neatly and is well-organized. Thus, the selection of
the food is appetizing. Also, there are no unpleasant odors and/or things
unfit for a formal event.
2. Portion Size:
The food is portioned enough for an average guest’s dinner. Also, there is
a good value for money for the food portions per person (refer to each
caterer’s price per plate).
3. Menu & Ingredients Compatibility​:
The selections on the menu complement one another and the ingredients
are balanced in size and/or amount. Also, the menu is appropriate for a
formal event.
4. Taste:
The food is delicious and thus offers a good value for money.

5. Theme:
The menu is aligned with the themes of the promenade which are: Filipino
and Apollo 11 (Space).
