As PDO I, I will propose the adoption of a cost-effective solution that allows NBDB stakeholders
to register their applications online using an Electronic Registration System. After completing the
appropriate form of registration for individuals, enterprises, and associations, they can email it to
the official email address of NBDB. After receiving the completed form, the NBDB Information
Management Division shall issue an acknowledgement receipt indicating that the said document
has been officially received on _______(date) and has been forwarded to the Registration Officers
for appropriate action. The NBDB Information Management Division shall also issue a barcode to
easily track the document. The NBDB shall maintain an effective document management system
and routing system to ensure that the registration forms are not lost.

2. As a student, I had the opportunity to work as a student assistant. During that time, I was tasked to
monitor the student evaluation process and assist students who cannot follow the instructions.
When graduate students are doing the evaluation process they cannot follow the instruction
properly. So even when there is a written instruction on how to properly evaluate, I step-by-step
guide these students. Sometimes, I even type their usernames and passwords on my own to help
them.
