Portfolio Reflection

For this sixth week, I have explored more about how to communicate when job
searching, more about diversity in workplace, and what to avoid and include in a
professional resume. The most important knowledge I got from this week is the tip to
present the best resume to recruiters. From the in class instruction and more resources
supported from the school library, I have created a resume I can confidently submit to
employers. To keep improving my resumes, I will continue to seek feedbacks from my
recruiters as well as advisors to what is still wrong with it
