Few months ago, I had been one of the busiest

people in the whole wide world. My everyday life was

full of tiring activities and I am always on the go. It
had been too hard for me. But through those tough
times, I was lucky to have the helping hands around
me and lift me up when I feel really down. Now, it’s
my turn to give them back the immeasurable
treasures that they had given me.

From this moment, I would like to extend my

deepest gratitude to the following, who fully gave
their supports, impart knowledge, share experiences
and give me courage that I must live on and pursue
my dreams.

First of all, I would like to extend my highest

praises to God; You are most worthy of praise; It’s
You my Lord, who never did turn His back on me, for
embracing me when I feel down, and provided me
everything I need – through the people around me.
Lord, I thank you for encouraging me to move on.

To my family who give their full patience and

deepest understanding when I easily get mad, and
when I litter too often and was not able to clean my
trash and cleaning it up for me. Thank you very
much! Thank you for being considerate and
appreciating my works. Thank you for the providing
my financial needs despite of our monetary strife.
Sooner or later, I will be able to repay you for these
deeds.

I would also like to extend my deepest gratitude

to our dear adviser, Mr. Daniel C. Guevara; you really
deserve to be someone to look up to, Sir. Thank you
for always being there for us most especially
whenever we need help. Thank you for the
knowledge you share and the time you spent with us.
We will always remember everything you taught us.

To my cooperating teacher, Mrs. Jenilyn M.

Cabungcal, you had been the best among the best.
You give me works to accomplish, and that moulded
me to become not just a teacher but a better person;
and you made those works easier for me. I thank you
that I didn’t have to push myself hard. You imparted
your every experience to me. You amused me with
your guidance. Moreover, you always remind me of
God; because of that, I was able to completely
overcome the walls of obstacles that block my way. It
is an honour to be a student teacher under your
control.

To Mrs. Cecilia Doloricon and to the teachers of

Ampid I Elementary School, my deepest gratitude for
the warmest welcomes and best support! From that
day onwards, I considered your school as my second
home. Thank you!

Finally, to finish this statement, I would like to

give thanks to my friends who stayed at my side and
comfort me through my darkest hours. I am
extending my deepest gratitude and pleasure that
you are true to me.
With the utmost honour, I
tremendously thank you all. Live
well and God Bless you!

It’s all over now,

the teaching pupils
whom we really don’t
know; the wakeful
nights when we
prepare for tomorrow’s
activities; everything
we had started has
finally come to its end.
This is more than
practice teaching. This
is gaining memories
and creating
acquaintances… that
made me more than a
Pre-Service teacher.

This Narrative Report is the compilation of

the lectures before we were deployed outside
PnM. Those lectures helped us to be equipped
with proper knowledge during our practice
teaching.

In this compilation, the proofs of my

practice teaching moments can be found; the
data of our cooperating school, Ampid 1
Elementary School, which includes the history
of A1ES, the vision and mission, its goals, the
Hymn of A1ES, its DepED directory, the school
facilities and the different school clubs they
have. My works and my pupil’s activities which
were left to me bring back their memoirs of my
stay in their school are also included in this
collection. In addition, this portfolio also
includes the snapshots of our activities before
we were deployed.

Through this compilation of memories, I

may remember my every deed, failure and
achievements. Thus, this might help me to be a
more mature person and will push me to
impart my knowledge to others.
