I, Mohamad Faiz bin Ibrahim, NRIC No 920223-02-XXXX, a final-year student from Faculty of
Chemical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Cawangan Pulau Pinang regretfully decline
the offer as a trainee at your organization. However, it was an honor to be offered the opportunity
to have my industrial training there. I am unable to accept the offer because write your reason
here. (example: I have earlier accepted an offer from an industrial-based company which is more
related to my course study). I would like to express my gratitude in receiving such offer and also
