A student who fails to meet the minimum requirements of attendance in any course will not be allowed to take final examination for that course. In courses with Lab, every student studying such course is required to maintain at least 80% of the attendance in lab and 80% in class room, separately. A student who fails to meet the minimum requirements of attendance, either in lab or in classroom, he / she shall not be allowed to take final examination for that course. The 20% margin of absence for three credit hours’ course is SIX (06) in number. The 20% margin of absence for two credit hours’ course is THREE (03) in number. The 20% margin of absence for one credit hour lab is THREE (03) in number. It is the responsibility of the students to constantly monitor their attendance level.
