would allow me to blend with your company, such as preparation of daily construction report, site
inspection works, site accomplishment monitoring, preparation of bill of quantities, request for quotation
of materials and services, preparation of schematic/conceptual massing & designs, preparation of
construction drawings – architectural, MEPS and shop drawings, preparation of 3d visualization, rendering
and animation and other presentations and coordinating with building officials, consultants, construction
management team, subcontractors and suppliers.
