international accreditation agencies from around the
world. This includes AACSB International, ACBSP
and IACBE, all approved by CHEA, the US
Regulator and Association of MBAs from London
and EQUIS-EFMD from Brussels. The Standards for
Educational Advancement & Accreditation (SEAA)
Trust, New Delhi has brought all the stated agencies
among others on its platform to propagate the
benefits of the global benchmarks of quality through
international accreditation to the 4000 odd Indian
B-schools over the past five years. He graduated
from Government Arts College Ooty with a
bachelor’s degree in economics, and economic
history. He earned his masters from Alagappa
University in Communication and Media Studies. He
has worked for The Economic Times & Business
India Group. Currently, He is serving as the member

Mr. Uday Ravi

He has a degree of bachelors in civil engineering

from IIT Delhi and masters in building engineering
and management, construction management,
structural systems, energy efficiency, architectural
aspects, construction and techniques. He has
worked as manager of civil design in Wartsila,
general manager of design and engineering with
HSC Limited and general manager of civil and
structures with J P Associates. He has also worked
in Reliance Infrastructure as Vice President and Vice
President and Head of the Department in LITL.
Currently, he is working as associate director with
Constructure Designs Pvt. Ltd. Over the years, he
has worked in the domain of Design & Project 
Management of Building & Infrastructure projects 
related to- Industrial, Solar Power Plants, Thermal 
Plants, Water intake systems, Metro rail, Healthcare,

Col. Rakesh Gadhoke

He has a bachelors in Civil Engineering from College

of Military Engineering Pune. He also has a
bachelors in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
He has done his executive MBA from MDI Gurgaon
in 2008. He worked for 25 years in the Army and
Border Roads Organisation. His profile required
dealing with operations, planning and execution
along with human resources, administration,
resource planning and management, contracts,
vgilence, training, and disaster management. He has
been a project manager for 2 years in Jaiprakash
Associates Ltd.; Head of projects with Makin
Developers Pvt. Ltd., General Manager in SEW
Infrastruture Ltd. for almost a year. Currently, he is
working for Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. for past 5

Rattan Chand

He did his bachelors in Science from Punjab

University, masters in mathematics from punjab
university and then masters in philosophy from
Jawaharlal Nehru University. He later earned his
PhD. in Demography from International Institute of
Population Sciences. He has served our government
for 35 years at various positions. He has also
worked briefly with USAID, World Bank, International
Monetary Fund, United Nation, World Health
Organisations and many other reputed institutions.
He has also represented India in many International
meetings, conferences, seminars across world. He is
currently a member of the working group of National
Sttistical Commission, Government of India and
senior expert for World Bank. He is also the director
of Egrow foundation currently.

Kiran D Patil

Currently working as Chief operating Officer &

Executive President with Ultra Tech, he started his
career with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical
engineering and later mba in finance and general
from Sikkim Manipal University. He has worked for
Tata Steel as a manager and relational director. He
has worked for Ultra Tech Cement under Aditya
Birla Group for 8 years as chief operating officer and
executive president.

Mr. Amit Gupta

He started his career as a bachelor’s of technology

from electronics and electrical communication. Later
he earned himself a mba from MDI Gurgaon in
marketing and hrm. He has worked as a senior
systems executive n NIIT Limited. Followed by a
long stint in Indian Oil Corporation Limited as
assistant manager for four years. He then moved
