I have a bachelor’s degree in electronics, telecommunications and networks; and my
courses centered on networks and management of various systems. I completed an
internship and I have more than 4 years of experience working in IT area, where I gained
valuable experience working with professionals in this field. My experience includes working
with data networks, Windows/Linux systems, technical support to users, monitoring in
network operation center.
My experience also includes fieldwork and conducting inspections on user equipment and
systems to determine if there are potential problems that could cause major issues in the
near future or if an upgrade is in order. I have excellent communication skills with the ability
to listen to the problems users have in order to determine the cause and then the
troubleshooting skills to find a solution to correct the problem.
I also have experience designing telecommunication systems with complete knowledge of
circuitry and installation. I know and understand the government rules and regulations
associated with these systems and I have the ability to comply with them in addition to the
policies set forth by your company.
I have the ability to make good, sound decisions and judgment calls when in the field and I
always provide friendly, professional customer service. I possess strong organizational, time
management and multi-tasking abilities. I am confident that I am the best candidate for this
position.
