1. Interview the barangay captain/barangay official/barangay health worker. Ask of the top 10
problems in your barangay. List as to the most serious problem.
2. Make a problem tree from the data gathered
3. Conduct a training needs assessment in your barangay. It will be not less than 30
questionnaires/student.
4. Tabulate the result of your TNA and prioritize the training needs of the clientele.
5. Make a Work and Financial Plan
