THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING: ORDER Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.23/2010 registered on 18.3.2010 for an offence punishable under Sections 408, 409 and 420 of IPC. 2. The Executive Engineer, HESCOM has flied a complaint interalia alleging certain discrepancy in the completion of contract work. In this regard, he has alleged that the accused has coramitted an offerce. 3. Learned Counse! for the petitioner submits that, the other similarly placed accused have been granted anticipatory bail in Criminal Petiticn No,2052/2010 and this petitioner also stands on the same footing 4. Considering the same, | find that this petitioner could be enlarged on bail Aceordingly, the petition is allowed.
