I, Marilyn LeBaron family, a living human being, endowed with a soul, hereby certify that
the image shown on this page, is my image. I can be described as being about 5'6 and 3/4”
tall, with red hair, and hazel eyes, of fair completion, and weighing approximately 211 lbs.

As far as birth date, and location are concerned, I have no first hand knowledge of any of that
since I have no memory until my sixth month of existence, therefore I can not say anything
more than what I have heard, which is hearsay, which is that I was born of a polygamist, on
or about two years after the death of the 35th president of the United States. in the Spring
season, on the land of North America, and that there was no commercial transaction involved to which without my
knowing, or consent, I am now subjected to UNDER DURESS while denied my Constitutional Rights, and beheaded, as
the Bible says all will be caused to take the mark of the beast and God's Word will not return unto Him void, therefore I do
not wish to be identified by any of the like for the purposes to which I present this AFFIDAVIT OF IDENTITY WITH
PHOTOGRAPH of me, as I am known by man and believed to be a living human being like unto Adam the husband of
Eve, having the Breath of my Sovereign Creator breathed into me.

This Affidavit of Identity with photograph, supersedes, and replaces all to date.

Under the laws of the united states of America, this AFFIDAVIT OF IDENTITY WITH
PHOTOGRAPH, is made under penalty of perjury, WITHOUT the UNITED STATES, 28 USC
1746(1).
