SatishDhawan Space Centre SHAR is a lead Centre of Indian Space Research Organisation situated at Sriharikota in
Andhra Pradesh. SatishDhawan Space Centre SHAR has facilities of Solid Propellant Production, a Rocket Motor Static Test
Facility and Launch Complexes for variety of rockets, rocket tracking through sophisticated radar and optical tracking systems
and real time data acquisition and processing facilities and other support services including logistics.

1. पि अथिायी हैं, ककं तु तनरं तर रहने की संभािना है ।

4. अ.िा./अ.ि.िा. के अभ्यधितयों को ऊपरी आयु सीमा में 05 िषत तिा अ.वप.ि. के अभ्यधितयों को 03 िषत की छूट,जर्ां पद इन वगों

Relaxation in upper age limit by 05 years for SC/ST candidates and 03 years for OBC candidates, against the posts
reserved for these categories. Ex-servicemen (ESM), Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are eligible for age relaxation
as per Government of India Orders.

The employees will be governed by the New Defined Contribution Pension Scheme. ISRO provides attractive

6. अ.िा./अ.ि.िा./अ.वप.ि. श्रेणी के अभ्यधितयों को, भलखित परीक्षा/ कौशल परीक्षा के समय, भारत सरकार के अधीन नौकररयों में
आरक्षण हे तु लागू तनधातररत प्रपि में सक्षम प्राधधकारी द्िारा िारी िातत प्रमाण-पि की सत्यावपत प्रतत िमा करनी है । अ.वप.ि. के
अभ्यधितयों के संबंध में ,‘क्रीमी लेयर’ में न आने िाले अभ्यिी ही आरक्षण के पाि होंगे। भारत सरकार के अधीन नौकररयों में
आरक्षण हे तु लागू तनधातररत प्रपि में सक्षम प्राधधकारी द्िारा िारी अ.वप.ि. प्रमाण-पि में “क्रीमी लेयर से अपिितन” संबंधी िंड
वितनट्टित ष्ट रूप से समाट्टहत होना चाट्टहए एिं काभमतक एिं प्रभशक्षण विभाग, भारत सरकार द्िारा िारी ट्टिनांक 08-09-1993 के
 का.ज्ञा. सं. 36012/22/93-थिा(एससीटी) के अनुरूप प्रासंधगक समय,अिातत ऑनलाइन आिेिन िमा करते समय, अद्यतन/िैध
होना चाट्टहए।

Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC have to submit attested copies of Caste Certificates issued by the competent
authority in the prescribed format applicable for reservation in jobs under Government of India, at the time of Written
Test/ Skill Test. In respect of OBC candidates, reservation will be available only to candidates, who do not fall in the
Creamy Layer. OBC Certificate must specifically include the clause regarding “Exclusion from Creamy Layer”
issued by competent authority in prescribed format applicable for reservation in jobs under Government of India and
should be updated/valid as per OM No.36012/22/93-Estt (SCT), dt.08-09-1993 issued by Department of Personnel &
Training, Government of India at the relevant point of time i.e., at the time of submission of on-line application.

7. तनिःशक्त िन हे तु आरक्षक्षत पि के भलए आिेिन करने िाले अभ्यधितयों को भलखित परीक्षा / कौशल परीक्षा के समय
तनधातररत प्रपि (अनुलग्नक III)में केंद्रीय या राज्य सरकार द्िारा विधधित गट्टठत कम-से-कम 3 सिथयी धचककत्सा बोडत,
जिसका एक सिथय विभशष्ट क्षेि के तनिःशक्तता मल्
ू यांकन के विशेषज्ञ होना चाट्टहए, द्िारा िारी तनिःशक्तता का
प्रततशत िशातता हुआ तनिःशक्तता प्रमाण-पि िमा करना होगा।
Candidates applying for the post reserved for PWD have to submit an attested copy of Disability Certificate in the
prescribed format at the time of Written Test/ Skill Test, clearly indicating the percentage of disability, issued by
Medical Board consisting of at least 03 members out of which one shall be a specialist in the particular field for
assessing disability, duly constituted by Central or a State Government. The definition of Disabilities are as follows:

लोकोमोटि ननिःशक्तता से आशय है कक ह्ड्डडयों, िोड़ों या नसों की तनिःशक्तता जिससे अंगों की गततविधध में
िाथतविक अिरोधन होता है या ककसी प्रकार की प्रमजथतष्कीय पक्षाघात।
Locomotor Disability means disability of the bones, joints or muscles leading to substantial restriction of the
movement of the limbs or any form of cerebral palsy.

प्रमब्स्तष्कीय पक्षाघात से आशय है कक विकास के प्रसि-पूि,त परीप्रसि या शैशि अिधध के िौरान मजथतष्क पर चोट
या आघात के कारण एक वयजक्त की अविकभसत होने की जथिततयों का समूह िो असामान्य हलचल तनयंिण भंधगमा
द्िारा पररलक्षक्षत होती है ।
अजथि बाधधत विकलांग वयजक्तयों के सभी मामले लोकोमोटर तनिःशक्तता या प्रमजथतष्कीय पक्षाघात के श्रेणी के
अंतगतत भलए िाएंगें।
Cerebral Palsy means a group of non-progressive conditions of a person characterized by abnormal motor control
posture resulting from brain insult or injuries occurring in the pre-natal, peri-natal or infant period of development.
All the cases of orthopaedically handicapped persons would be covered under the category of “Locomotor Disability
or cerebral palsy”.

आरक्षण हे तु तनिःशक्तता की श्रेणी: संबंर्धत ननिःशक्तता से 40% से कम ग्रस्त न र्ोने वाले व्यब्क्त र्ी सेवा/पद में
आिक्षण के पात्र र्ै ।
DEGREE OF DISABILITY FOR RESERVATION: Only such persons would be eligible for reservation in
Services/Posts who suffer from not less than 40% of relevant disability.

8. चयन प्रकिया / Selection Process:

तनधातररत शैक्षखणक योग्यता न्यूनतम आिश्यकता है तिा केिल इसको प्रा्त कर लेने से अभ्यिी भलखित परीक्षा या कौशल
परीक्षा के भलए पाि नहीं होिाता है । ऑन-लाइन आिेिन पि में उजल्लखित अन्य मापिं डों तिा शैक्षखणक योग्यता के आधार पर
पहलेलघु-सच ू ी(जथक्रतनंग) ककया िाएगा तिा केिल चयतनत अभ्यधितयों को ही भलखित परीक्षा के भलए बल ु ाया िाएगा। भलखित
परीक्षा /कौशल परीक्षा के भलए सूचीबद्ध अभ्यिी अपना बुलािा-पि हमारी िेबसाईट से डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। अभ्यधितयों को
भलखित परीक्षा में अजितत अंको के आधार पर कौशल परीक्षा के भलए सच ू ीबद्ध ककया िाएगा तिा कौशल परीक्षा के भलए अभ्यधितयों
की केिल अपेक्षक्षत संख्या को बुलाया िाएगा। कौशल परीक्षा पण ू तत : उतीणत-अनुतीणत (गो-नो-गो) के आधार पर होगा तिा चयन
हे तु कौशल परीक्षा के प्रा्तांक पर विचार नहीं ककया िाएगा। अंततम चयन पूणत त : उतीणत अभ्यिीयों के द्िारा भलखित परीक्षा में
प्रा्त अंक के आधार पर ककया िाएगा।
 The qualification prescribed is the minimum requirement and possession of the same does not automatically make the
candidates eligible to be called for written test/Skill Test. Based on the academic performance of the candidates
applied, number of vacancies etc., initial screening will be done to short-list candidates for taking up written test.
Shortlisted candidates can download the call letters from our website. Candidates shall be Shortlisted for skill test
based on the written test scores and required number of candidates alone shall be called for Skill test.
Skill Test will be purely on ‘go-no-go’ basis and marks obtained in the skill test shall not be considered for
selection. The final selection will be done, amongst qualified candidates, purely based on the scores obtained in the
written test.

9. ऑनलाईन िमा ककए गए आिेिनों में िी गई िानकारी के साक्ष्य अभ्यधितयों से मांगे िाने पर प्रथतुत करना होगा।
Candidates will have to produce proof of the details furnished in their applications submitted on-line as and when
called for.

10. भलखित परीक्षा / कौशल परीक्षा के समय, अभ्यधितयों को ऑनलाईन िमा ककए गए आिेिन में ट्टिए गए वििरण के साक्ष्य के रूपमें
सभी संबंधधत मूल िथतािेि, पहले से तनयोजित होने पर अनापब्त्त प्रमाण-पत्र सट्टहतप्रथतुत करना होगा। ऑनलाईन आिेिन में
िीगई कोई भी िानकारी असत्य या गलत पाए िाने पर, अभ्यिी को कौशल परीक्षा में भाग लेने की अनुमतत नहीं िी िाएगी।
Candidates called for Skill Test will have to produce all relevant original documents, including No Objection
Certificate, if employed already, in proof of details furnished in their applications submitted on-line, at the time of
Skill Test. If any information furnished on-line is found to be wrong or false, the candidate will not be allowed for Skill
Test.

11. उपयक्
ुत त पिों हे तु आिश्यक शैक्षखणक अहत ता, अनापजत्त प्रमाण-पि आट्टि ऑनलाईन माध्यम द्वािा आवेदन की अंनतम नतर्थ
17.11.2017, को धारित/वैध/जािी र्ोनी चाहर्ए।
The Educational Qualifications, No Objection Certificate etc. which are required for the above posts should be
possessed/ valid/ issued as on the last date of receipt of applications through online i.e., on 17.11.2017.

12. िततमान में तनयजु क्त का थिान एसडीएससी शार, श्रीहररकोटा होगा, ककं तु आिश्यक होने पर चयतनत अभ्यधितयों को भारतीय
अंतररक्ष अनुसंधान संगठन / अंतररक्ष विभाग के भारत में जथित ककसी भी केंद्र/यूतनट में तैनात ककए िाने की सम्पभािना है ।
At present the place of posting is SDSC SHAR, Sriharikota, but the selected candidates are liable to be posted in any
of the Centers/Units of the Indian Space Research Organisation/Department of Space situated in India as and when
required.

13. ये पि िैज्ञातनक एिं तकनीकी श्रेणी के पि हैं। िैज्ञातनक एिं तकनीकीपिों के संबंध में , संगठन में एक प्रगामी एचआरडी नीतत है
तिा पिोन्नतत के भलए आिधधक योग्यता आधाररत कायत-तनष्पािन समीक्षा प्रणाली (जिसे योग्यता पिोन्नतत योिना कहा िाता
है ) िो उच्च पि में ररजक्त की उपलब्धता से भभन्न है , जिसके द्िारा संगठन में कररयर में तरक्की हे तु थटाफ का मूल्यांकन ककया
िा सके, के माध्यम से उधचत वयजक्त हे तु उत्कृष्ट िवृ द्ध सम्पभािना प्रिान करता है ।
The posts fall under Scientific & Technical posts. In respect of Scientific & Technical posts, the Organisation has a
progressive HRD policy and provides an excellent growth potential for the right individual through its periodical Merit
Based Performance Review system (called Merit Promotion Scheme) delinked from availability of higher post, by
which the staff can be evaluated for the advancement of their career in the Organisation.

14. आिेिन करते समय अभ्यिी यह सतु नजश्चत कर लें कक िे पािता मापिं ड एिं अन्य आिश्यकताओं को परू ा करते है तिा उनके
द्िारा ट्टिया गया वििरण सभी पहलुओं से सही है । भती प्रकक्रया के ककसी भी चरण में यह पाया िाता है कक अभ्यिी पािता
मानिं ड को पूरा नही करता है और/या अन्य आिश्यकताओं का पालन नही करता है और/या असत्य/गलत िानकारी िी है या कोई
वयिहाररक तथ्य(यों) को छुपाया है , तो उनकी अभ्यधितता तनरथत की िाएगी।
The candidates should ensure while applying that they fulfill the eligibility criteria and other requirements and that the
particulars furnished by them are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment process that
the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and/or does not comply with other requirements and/or he/she has
furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature is liable to be
rejected.

Applications that are not in conformity with the requirements indicated in this advertisement and incomplete
applications will not be entertained. Only the last online application will be considered as final for those applying
more than once for the same post.

16. अ.जा. /अ.ज.जा./अ.वप.व. श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थययों को सामान्य पद र्े तु पुन: आवेदन किने की आवश्यकता नर्ीं र्ै । सामान्य तथा
अन्य आिक्षक्षत पदों र्े तु एक र्ी आवेदन पयायप्त र्ै ।यहद उनकी अभ्यर्थयता सामान्य पद के समान र्ै तो उनकी अभ्यर्थयता
कासामान्य पद के अनुसाि र्ी ववचाि ककया जाएगा। दो प्रनतयों में आवेदन किने की आवश्यकता नर्ीं र्ै ।
SC/ST/OBC candidates need not to apply once again for general post. One application is enough for General
and other reserved posts. Their candidature will be considered to general also if they meet the candidature of
the General post. No need to apply in duplicate.

17. अभ्यिीिो िाष्िीय करियि सेवा (एनसीएस) पोटत लके अंतगतत पंिीकृत हैं तिा पािता शतों को परू ा करतें हैं, िो एसडीएससी शार
की िेबसाइट िे ि सकते हैं तिा िी गई आिेिन प्रकक्रया का अनुसरण करें ।
The candidates registered under National Career Services (NCS) portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions may
visit SDSC SHAR website and follow the application procedure as stated.

18. बुलावा पत्र सूचना अभ्यथी को ई-मेल पि भेज दी जाएगी।वे उनकी पंजीकिण संख्या तथा जन्म नतर्थ का स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख
किके र्मािी वेबसाइट http://www.shar.gov.in/से बुलावा पत्र डाउनलोड कि सकते र्ैं।
Call letter intimation will be sent to e-mail of the candidate. They can download the call letters from our
website http://www.shar.gov.in/ by clearly mentioning their Registration number and Date of birth.

19. ललखखत पिीक्षा केवल चेन्नै मे र्ोगी।

Written Test examination venue is Chennai only.

20. यिा तनणतय, सभी या ककसी पि को न भरने का अधधकार एसडीएससी शार के पास सुरक्षक्षत है ।
SDSC SHAR reserves the right not to fill up all or any of the posts, if it so decides.

21. केिल भारतीय नागररक ही आिेिन कर सकते है ।

Only Indian Nationals need to apply.

22. कोई अंतररम पिाचार पर विचार नहीं ककया िाएगा।

No interim correspondence will be entertained.

23. ककसी प्रकार का प्रचार अनहतताहे तु उत्तरिायी होगा।

 पंिीकरण के उपरांत, आिेिकों को एक ऑनलाईन पंजीकिण संख्या प्रिान की िाएगी जिसे भविष्य के संिभों हे तु सरु क्षक्षत रिा
िाए। आिेिन में आिेिक का ई-मेल आईडी तिा मोबाइल संख्या िे ना आवश्यक है ।
Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully
preserved for future reference. E-mail ID and Mobile Number of the applicant is to be furnished in the application
compulsorily.

 The on-line application has to be invariably followed up with a copy of “No Objection Certificate’’ from the
employer concerned in respect of those applicants who are employed under Central/State Government/Public
Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies, duly indicating the name, the post for which applied/post No. and
Regn. No. on the reverse of the NOC and which should be sent within 10 days of registering the on-line
application and in any case not later than 27.11.2017 by ORDINARY POST to :
