 In our hotel we have the area of housekeeping has as functions:

 Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting.

 Attend special requests from customers, such as towels and garbage
service.
 Clean assigned rooms before 2pm
 A complete cleaning includes:
 Clean the toilet, bathtub and sink.
 change towels and sheets
 make the bed
 vacuum the carpet
 Disinfect all counters and surfaces.
 replacement of toiletries.
 Before cleaning, the housekeeping should touch three times and announce
your arrival before entering the room, also remember that you should not
enter the room when the sign is not to disturb (DND).

