PROJECT TITLE : 18-STOREY CONDOMINIUM

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM :


A Businessman, Mr. Homer Adlawan wanted to build A Very High-Density Residential 18-storey condominium with a
maximum of 6 units per floor, and each unit has a minimum area of 24 sq.m. His problem is that he can't analyze if his
required no.of units and area of each unit is fit or appropriate to the area of his lot where he wants to build the project. In that
case, He commissioned Arch. Renato Hipolito to make a better planning and design and to readjust the no.of units per floor
and its areas.

PROJECT SITE FEATURES :


The Total Lot area is 32 meters wide by 1,280 sq.m. At the northern part of site is a 15m RROW, at the southern part is a
Frontage along 20m RROW and along the east and west side of the lot is a high rise condominium.

DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS :
1. A 2 sides of lot will be used for parking spaces with 2 meter wide paved entrance at the very center of each side.
2. Use Turf Block as pavement for Parking Areas.
3. Apply the proper setbacks as provided by NBC.
4. Apply the proper incremental setbacks as provided by NBC.
