Butter Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
 2kg chicken
 Ginger garlic paste
 Salt
 Red Chilli
 Cumin and Coriander Powder
 Garam masala
 Yoghurt
 Cumin seeds
 Clovers
 Green and Black Cardamoms
 Cinnamon Stick
 Green Chillies
 Can of chopped tomatoes
 Tomato puree paste
 Single Cream

Method:

1. Scrape off fat and cut chicken into pieces (specify size?)
2. Marinate with:
 6 tbsps ginger and garlic paste
 4tsps salt
 4tsps red chilli
 3tsps cumin and coriander
 2 tsps garam masala
 6 tbsps yoghurt
3. Mix everything and leave overnight
4. Grill the marinated chicken pieces (unsure how long/what temperature?)
5. Add some oil to pan on high flame (optional: add a little ghee)
6. Once hot add:
 2 tsps cumin seeds
 8-10 clovers
 7-8 green cardamoms
 4 black cardamoms
 1 cinnamon stick
7. Once spices have roasted for a bit add 2-2.5 tbsps each of ginger paste and
garlic paste
8. Pierce 3 green chillies and add
9. Once the paste had melded add 1 can chopped tomatoes as well as a large
table spoons worth of tomato puree
10. Add 3tsp salt, 3tsp red chilli, 2tsp cumin and coriander
11. Once this is cooked (when the oil leaves the paste) add 300ml of single
cream
12. Mix cream into paste, add chicken and some water to get the right
consistency (idk how to describe the correct consistency?), put lid on and
bring to boil.
13. Once boiling, put on low and let it simmer for 30 minutes
