Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!

Knowing your benevolence and unending support to the programs and projects
implemented by the Department of Education, I am again knocking at your doorstep and appeal to
your good office that Mrs. Ma. Luisa D. Biyo is recommended to be our Alternative Learning
System Teacher and will be given an allowance in the amount of ₱7,000.00 per month starting
January 2018, under the Special Education fund of 2018.
The presence of Mrs. Ma. Luisa D. Biyo is of great help in the effective implementation of
ALS Programs and Projects in the Schools District of New Lucena. Likewise, with her
implementation, it gives a great chance and opportunity to the Out – of – School Youth to finish
their study and pursue higher education for them to become a great member of the society
contributory to the municipal progress.
