According to my point of view

BALBANT BAISOYA’s cv is best for the position Store manager because JD, experience, qualification,and
all job responsibility perfectly match. And he is also have experience in3 different sectors ,and also he
have the quality to handle different types of customer and he can solve any problem occurs in store.

SOURABH CHUGH also have same qualities that we need but he have only experience in one sector,he
may not be success in analyzing different sectors and different coustomers.

According to me we cant consider ZAHOOR ADHAM LONE for this position

Because:-1.from 2017 he have no experience….i.e there is 2years gap and

2.in 2017 he was in a sr sales manager post, then why he want to join as store manager.
