สะท้อนผลการปฏิบตั ิงาน/Self-Reflection

จากการทํางานห้องเพื9อส่ งเข้าประกวดในการแข่งขันทําชุดไทยจากวัสดุเหลือใช้ในครัEงนีE ดิฉนั ได้มีส่วน

รวมกับการทํางานโดยการรับผิดชอบในด้านของเรี ยงความภาษาไทยเป็ นหน้าที9หลัก เป็ นการนําข้อมูลและแนวคิด
จากฝ่ ายออกแบบ ทําวิดีโอ และทําชุด มาประกอบและเรี ยบเรี ยง ประโยชน์ที9ได้รับจากการปฏิบตั ิงานครัEงนีEมีหลาย
ประการด้วยกัน โดยประการแรกที9แน่ชดั คือได้ฝึกเกลาภาษาไทยที9ใช้เขียนที9เป็ นทางการให้ถกู ต้องชัดเจนและสละ
สลวยมากยิง9 ขัEน เนื9องจากการอยูใ่ นโรงเรี ยนสาธิตนานาชาติเช่นนีE โอกาสที9จะได้ใช้ภาษาไทยเขียนมีนอ้ ยกว่าภาษา
อังกฤษอยูม่ าก ทําให้อาจจะติดขัดไปบ้างในตอนต้น แต่เมื9อได้เขียนไปเรื9 อยๆจึงทําให้เกิดการพัฒนา ประการถัดมา
คือความสามารถในการติดต่อสื9 อสารระหว่างบุคคลที9ดียงิ9 ขึEน เนื9องจากตัวดิฉนั ไม่ได้อยูใ่ นกระบวนการปฏิบตั ิงาน
ทุกขัEนตอนตลอดเวลา จึงต้องอาศัยการสอบถามจากผูร้ ับผิดชอบงานส่ วนนัEนๆให้ได้ขอ้ มูลที9ถกู ต้องและสอดคล้อง
กันให้มากที9สุด นอกจากนัEนแล้ว การทํางานในครัEงนีEยงั สอดคล้องกับ ESLOs ของโรงเรี ยนในข้อที9เป็ น Articulate
Communicators เนื9องจากการที9ดิฉนั ต้องใช้การสื9 อสารหลายๆรู ปแบบในการติดต่อกับคนอื9น และเขียนตัวเรี ยง
ความออกมาให้ผอู ้ ่านสามารถเข้าใจไปในทิศทางเดียวกันกับที9ตอ้ งการจะสื9 อ
During the time that I have to work for my section to enter this year Recycled Costume Competition, the
part that I’ve mainly contributed to, my major role or responsibility, is writing the Thai essay. In which, I gather
the information and ideas from the different teams consisting of the designers, video creators and costume makers
in order to assemble and arrange it in a form of an essay. There are many advantages in doing the works in this
contest. The primary one is that I get the chance to improve my formal writing skill in Thai language as it must be
clear, concise and well-arranged at the same time. Due to the fact that being an international school student like
this obviously gives me more opportunities to write in English more than Thai, there are struggles at first, but as I
keep writing, it shows some improvements eventually. Another significance advantage is the development in my
communicating skills. Since I can not witness all of the steps all the time, I ought to rely on asking the people
who are responsible for the particular task for the correct and coherent information instead. Moreover, the work
that I’ve done can also be related to one of the school’s ESLOs, Articulate Communicators, because I have to
utilize various methods of communication to contact with other people and to express the thoughts and ideas into
the essay until the audience can receive my intended understanding of the work.
