Please obtain a packet capture: - In the Management Console click

Maintenance -> Service Information ->


- Packet Captures
- Ensure the Filter field shows: ip host (any ip address) or port (any port)
- Click Apply
- Click Start
- Reproduce the issue
- Click Stop

Send information.

4. Click send.
