Declaration by Customer:
1) I understand that branding and visibility elements are being installed in the store solely at the request of the store; 2) I hereby declare that the visibility and branding elements installed in the
store are properties of Luxottica and Luxottica is free to change, withdraw and recall such elements without any obligation or remuneration; 3) All municipal and local taxes with respect to visibility elements
will be borne by the store and will not be reimbursed by Luxottica; 4) Additional margins if any are payable only subject to achievement of volume targets; 5) Cost of fixtures & furniture will be borne by
20a Luxottica ; 6) The upkeep and maintenance of the visibility elements will be borne by the customer; 7) The visibility elements will remain installed for a minimum period of 2 years from the date of
installation. Luxottica is free to discontinue quarterly reimbursements incase the visibility elements are changed or removed from it originally installed locations.
