1. Compatible OS and Browsers versions:
a. Windows XP professional
b. Windows 7 professional
c. Windows 8 professional
d. Windows 10 professional
e. Microsoft Internet Explorer version 8 and Above
f. Mozilla Firefox 51 and Above
g. Google Chrome 42 and Above

2. JAVA Settings:
a. Download and install the JAVA above 8 UPDATE 51 and then,
Go to Control Panel->JAVA
->Under General Tab, click on “View” to delete the temporary files.

b. By clicking on “View” below window will appear. Here delete all the temporary files
from in “Show” dropdowns, then click “Close”:

c. Go to “Security Tab” and click on “Edit Site List..” to add the Tender Wizard URLs:

d. Next, go to “Advanced” tab and select the listed selection as displayed below:

3. Points to be noted in Browsers:

a. When you login to Tender Wizard site for first please install the JRE 1.8.0.60 by clicking
“here” link which will display in Home Page after entering User ID and Password.

b. After clicking on the SELECT THE CERTIFICATE, points to be noted in browsers are:

i. In IE Browser Java applet runs automatically.

ii. In Mozilla Browser, during first time please select the check box “Do this
automatically for files…”, later onwards Java applet will runs automatically.

iii. In Chrome Browser, user has to click on latest downloaded file.

iv. In Safari Browser, click on “Open” button in the Pop up screen as displayed in Fig 8.

4. Settings for JAVA launch problem in Mozilla Firefox:

For cases where JWS does not launch in Mozilla Firefox, kindly do the following:

a. Select: Tools ->Options ->Advanced -> Certificates ->click on View Certificates button
at the bottom.

b. Choose Servers tab in Certificate Manager -> click on Add Exceptions button at the
bottom.

c. In the “Add Security Exception” window, add the link (https://localhost:9443) and
click on “Get Certificate”.

Then, click on “Confirm Security Exception”.
