Ref: Your quotation dated 11.11.2011 and subsequent discussion on dt.30.11.2011.

With reference to above subject, we M/s. Abhijeet Projects Limited, have been appointed as EPC contractor for our 1X300MW Thermal Power Plant of
M/s. KAIZEN POWER LIMITED (KPL) at kurmannapalem village,Visakhapatnam are pleased to issue this work order on M/s.Sri Varun Cranes for
hiring of 45 MT Hydraulic Crane for 02(Two) days at our crusher site located in Kunchangi village, near Anakaplli,Andhra Pradesh under the following
terms & conditions.

1. Contractors Scope of work:

Contractor should provide 1 no. of 45 MT Hydraulic type, tyre mounted crane on hire basis for company's project site at Kunchangi village, near

REQUESTED TO PROVIDE FOLLOWING SERVICE (S) AS PER GIVEN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Anakaplli, in excellent operational condition along with all the accessories suitable for lifting purpose.

2. Contract price:

The detailed price break up is as mentioned below, and the minimum period of hiring of crane guaranteed to the vendor is two days (02) and any
execess days if hired shall be payable on pro-rata basis.Payment shall be made against actual amount of work done and certification of our
Mechanical dept personnel.

a. Hire charges for 45 MT crane shall be @ Rs. 56,000 for two (02) days {28,000 X 2 = 56,000}.
b. Mobilization & demobilization shall be @ Rs. 8,000 Lumpsum.

Payment shall be against submission of bill duly approved by our Mechanical dept personnel.

3. Payment terms:

i) An amount of Rs. 40,000/- shall be paid as advnce along with this order.
ii)Remaining amount shall be paid with in 02 days after completion of work, hiring bills shall be duly certified by Manager - Mechanical dept.

4. Period of hiring crane and deployment of crane:

The tentative hiring period of the crane is 2 (Two) days i.e., From 12.12.2011 to 13.12.2011.However, the hiring period may be extended depending
on the project requirement by furnishing notice in advance.

5. Taxes and Duties:

Service tax @10.3% shall be paid extra on the total amount certified finally.

6. Other terms and conditions :

a) Insurance for the equipment & machine during hiring period shall be maintained by the contractor at his cost.
b) Accommodation, transportation, fooding etc. for the operator during the said period shall be arranged by the contractor at his cost. The operator
should have sufficient experience and must hold valid license for operation of the Crane.
c) The contractor workmen should follow the safety rules of the project. The personnel of contractor should follow safety rules imposed by our safety
dept.
d) Fuel (Diesel) shall be supplied by the Company free of cost basis for operation of the crane. No other materials shall be provided by us for
successful running of the equipment.
e) Daily working hours shall be 8 (eight) hours i.e., from 8.00 Am to 5.00 Pm (Inclusive one hour lunch break and exclusive of break down time). For
additional hours of working, hire charges shall be paid according to clause no.2.
f) Maintenance and repair etc: Operational maintenance and servicing as well as all repairing of the Crane shall be done and borne by the contractor
and break down period more than two hours at a stretch shall be treated as down time and deduction shall be made on pro-rata basis. The meantime
to resolve/repair the breakdown should be less than 24 hours at no extra cost to Buyer.
