Memorandum of Understanding between China Council for the Promotion of International ‘Trade, Guangdong Sub-Councit (China Chamber of Litersations! This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTADING (hereinafler referred to as “MOU”) between China Cowscil for the Promotion of International Trade, Guangdong Sub-Council (China Chamber of International Commerce, Guangdong Chamber of Coxmerce) (hereinafter referred to as “CCPIT Guangdong (CCOIC Guangdong)”), and the Board of Investment, Pakistan (horeinaftcr referred to as “Bor’) CCPIT Guangdong (CCOIC Guangdong) and BOI (heccinatter referred to as “the Pasties”) heveto confinn that they chall cooperate with each other with regard to the following activities. 1, The Partics will exchange investment-related information and roguiarly consult with cach ofher with « view to promoting,investment between the two countries. The information exchange and consuliation will include the identification of scctary with higa investment potential and investment related problems aad sciutinas, including economic and trad¢-related atutters. . The Parties will work together to promote investment projects and activities of common interests. Ta ease of future requirement, the Parties shall uctively introduce relevant agencies to provide assistance. . The Partics will reciprocally support and facilitae investment fact-finding and business development missions. If any dispute arises with regard to this MOU or any ma mentionad herein, the Parties stall discuss any such matter ia good faith, This MOU will come into force upon signature by the Parties and remain valid for aa indefinite period unless citber of ine Partics gives to the otHier 2 writien notice of termination.
