School of Management, University of Engineering & Management, Jaipur, hosted the HR
Conclave which held on 2nd March, 2019 in Golden Tulip Essentials. It was organized to have
valueable inputs on topic “STRATEGIC HR IMPACTING BUSINESS RESULT” from the
leding personals of India. These researched and well practised ideas will empower people at qality
and quantity level in HR. Specificly acknowledgement of uniqueness of personnels has to be done.

It was also suggested that it wil be a positive addition at the strategic level in business. Which will
justicfy the concept of equality of our contitute aklso.

In this manner HR CONCLAVE 2019 was a platform for corporate think tanks to intract with,
encourage and sitimulte a business academic environment for future generation managers.
