Commas after if and when clauses
When you start a sentence with if or when, add a comma ( , ) at the end of the first clause:

If you're feeling stressed, you can go to the gym.

When you feel stressed, go to the gym.

Don't use a comma when the if or when clause is at the end of a sentence:

Go to the gym when you feel stressed.
