Unavailability of In-house staff for execution of the above assignment

Essential :

Experience of at least 10 years

Preferred :

Experience of at least 5 years (out of the 10 years) in micro irrigation sector

yes, engaged in the same assignment (proposed for extesnion) @ Rs. 75,000/- p.m.

1200-State Capital, 1000-At district head quarters & other cities

300-State capital, 250-At District headquarters & Other cities

Weekly 1% of total remuneration or Rs.500/- per week whichever is higher, in case of delay in
submission of deliverables.

•Shall assist the State Head in process of recruitment, procurement of Desktops/Laptops, regular
maintenance and upkeep of the office.

•Shall help in trouble-shooting of IT related arising in the Tab / App based data entry.

•Shall report to the State Head NABCONS

•Should have working knowledge of accounts, office administration including working knowledge of
computers.

•Maintenance of Accounts, Registers, Files and other related documents

•Shall assist the State Head NABCONS in raising invoices, preparation of expenditure bills etc. and
submit the same to Department of Horticulture.

•Any other work assigned to them by State Head NABCONS from time to time smooth operation.

•The project shall require extensive travel.
