VVR and CASA are the areas where I have to give more attention.

Also,the Bank
expects more from cross selling to achieve the targets and I have to give my little
contribution towards garnering business.

I have been posted to a well infra structured branch hence I don't have problems in
getting the things. The only issue is the distance which I have been travelling
from my native place to the branch, due to this I can't reach the office in time.

The positives which I can say about myself is the patience and listening.Having
these two,I have been delivering my best service to the customers.The lagging part
is d knowledge about the products which I have to update it regularly to avoid
embarrassment

The green channel and KYC are the only two parameters which I have been
consistently doing well. There are other parameters which needs to be to improve my
performance as well and I would like give the best to my organisation in coming
years.
