Dear Mr. Denadija,

thank you for your letter No. 01-001/12 dated June 13th, 2012, informing me about the
establishment of the NGO “Diplomatic & Economic Center Banja Luka”. While
congratulating you on your initiative to enhance relations between the academic
community and especially students with diplomatic mission in BiH, I regret to infrom you
that the Austrian Embassy does not have any funds to support your NGO. The Austrian
Embassy has multiple contacts with all relevant educational authorities and the 8 public
universities in BiH. Austria has made higher education its main priority in BiH.

I have forwarded your request to the Austrian Commercial Counsellor, who also has a
representative office in Banja Luka, to the World University Service/WUS , to the
Austrian Development Agency/ADA and to the Austrian Regional Office for Science and
Culture.
