Spend eleven days exploring some of the most captivating sites in Madrid, Valencia, Granada
and Malaga along with supporting the local communities through volunteering:
Royal Palace of Aranjuez (Madrid);
City of Arts and Sciences (Valencia);
Alhambra complex (Granada);
Picasso Museum (Malaga);
An optional excursion to Morocco or picturesque Ronda!

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Day 1, October 26th: Group arrives in Madrid - the capital of Spain. Guided bus tour.

Day 2, October 27th: Visit to a traditional flea market in Madrid. Free time for shopping

or exploring local museums. Classic cooking dinner.

Day 3, October 28th: Volunteer activities with a primary school and a health center in

Madrid. Group lunch with local teachers and other community representatives.

Day 4. October 29th: Enjoy the magnificent Royal Palace of Aranjuez near Madrid.

Travel to Valencia - a southeastern port city, the capital of the autonomous

community of Valencia and the third-largest city in Spain.

Day 5, October 30th: Guided tour of Valencia. Free time for shopping or visit to the

massive architectural project by Santiago Calatrava called "City of Arts and Sciences".

Day 6, October 31st: Whole day - volunteer activities in Valencia.

Day 7, November 1st: Spanish national holiday. Free time to enjoy the city before

leaving for Granada. On the way to Granada - stop for a lunch at a local winery.

Day 8, November 2nd: Guided tour of the glorious Alhambra complex (fortress and

castle constructed in AD 889). Traditional flamenco show.

Day 9, November 3rd: Drive to Malaga. On the way we will stop at Nerja - a resort town

along southern Spain's Costa del Sol. Its seafront promenade, Balcón de Europa, tops a

promontory with views of the Mediterranean and surrounding mountains.

Day 10, November 4th: Free day to enjoy Malaga (Picasso museum, Arabian baths, etc.)

Optional day trip to Morocco or to picturesque Ronda is available at additional cost.

Day 11, November 5th: Fly back home from Malaga.
