System configuration, administration (Also from above)

Do they have solution manager? If not then we could configure CCMS.

We could configure either alert monitoring CCMS or could use solution manager for central monitoring
and administration.

The CCMS provides a range of monitors for monitoring the systems. In the case of poor performance,
the monitor provides with the information required to tune the system. (make doc1)

For central monitoring for monitoring a system landscape from one system, we need to configure CCMS.

We could also use Solution Manager. it has preconfigured content that we can use to evaluate and implement
the solutions and also to set up and operate our own solution support(make doc2).

The CCMS analysis monitors provide function for :

- Checking the system status and the operating modes

- Detecting and correcting potential problem as quickly as possible.
- An early diagnosis of potential problem, such as resource problem in a host or database system,
which could affect the SAP system
- The analysis and fine tuning of the sap system and its environment to optimize the throughput
of the SAP system.
- You can either use the applications independently or execute them as analysis methods in the
alert monitor:
Global work process
Workload monitor
Global workload monitor
OS monitor
OS collector
