    Reference to the above matter, I am pleased to offer my quotation for your kind consideration.

    1. COMPETENT SCAFFOLDER ENDORSED BY DOSH FOR INSPECTION @ S201 & S203.


    2. INSPECTION CHECKLIST TO MAINCON & SCAFFOLD TAG.

    Regarding to above matter we provide two offers: -

    1. A lump amount of 1800 MYR monthly for unlimited inspection at S201 & s203 or,
    2. 180 MYR for per tag/inspection.

    Payment terms, payment shall be credited to provided account number monthly/weekly upon receiving
    our invoice. We do hope our quotation will meet your requirement, please do state what offers
    would you like to offer in our offer letter.
