 Presentation Submission Guidelines
Teams are required to follow the following procedure to submit their Presentations to BAJA
SAEINDIA

PRESENTATION SUBMISSION: (To be uploaded on the REGISTRATION PORTAL on or before

6th July 2017, 23:59:59 hrs)

ON: REGISTRATION PORTAL >>LOGIN>>ADD DOCUMENT>>ADD FILE>>SUBMIT

File Type: .pdf (ppt should be converted into pdf before uploading it on the portal )
File Name : Virtual BAJA 2017_<Team Registration ID>_<Institute Name>_Presentation.pdf
File size: Not to exceed 15 MB
Aspect Ratio: 4:3 (The slide aspect ratio of the ppt.)
Video: Presentation should not contain any embedded video.
Only static slides are acceptable.
Compatibility: Teams are requested to ensure they make the presentation in MS PowerPoint
and convert it into pdf while uploading it on the Registration portal. Any data
display error / compatibility issues will not be entertained.
No. of submissions: The first presentation submitted by team will be considered as final.
Subsequent submissions will not be entertained / considered. Hence teams
are requested to ensure they submit the final presentations well before time
to avoid inconveniences.
NEW / OLD Teams: Teams are required to make their presentation content as per the
“Presentation Guidelines” released for Virtual BAJA SAEINDIA 2017. New and
Old teams need to refer to their respective layout / presentation content and
submit their presentation accordingly for evaluations at Virtual BAJA
SAEINDIA 2017.
Teams to Replace <Team Registration ID>with their Registration ID [5 digit] &<Institute
Name>with their Institute Name as registered with BAJA SAEINDIA during registrations.
Eg: Virtual BAJA 2017_18000_ABC College of Engineering.

Acknowledgment / Confirmation will be sent to you, prior to the event by Virtual BAJA
Organizing Team.
Any delays in submission of presentation for Virtual BAJA SAEINDIA will not be entertained
and your presentation will not be considered for evaluation.
