VIP Timeliness Dashboard

WLM Data processing:

A. Current status of the VIP deals


1. Data shall be provided in the below format

2. Click on Timeliness.

Note: Let the tool finish generating otherwise, formula in the extract will reflect incorrect results.

3. Save the extract in the current week’s folder.


4. In the extract, remove the Summary and SLA sheets as they will not be needed in report.
5. Take combination of VIP#, VIP Payout Start Date and VIP Payout End Date as base
6. For each unique entry, we now need to calculate latest Category, Status, Next Steps
7. The Next Step should be the latest entry in column AC for the entry

B. E2E TAT and Region-wise E2E Average pay-out day’s vs SLA


a. Take combination of VIP#, VIP Payout Start Date and VIP Payout End Date as base
b. For each unique entry, we now need to calculate the Turn Around Time (TAT)
c. The start of the TAT should be considered from the first Rebate Calculation entry in category column (J)
and Status Column (K)
d. The end of the TAT should be considered till the time Pay-out date
e. As per the above calculation, we need to segregate the E2E at their Region / Cluster and Country level with
respect to the Target days of 22/30 days
C. On-Time vs Delayed (Count)

As per the above calculation we need to split the count of entries which are within 22/30 days (On-Time)
and the ones which have passed 22/30 days (Delayed)

D. Top 10 / Bottom 10 Clusters as per On-Time %

As per the above calculation we need to segregate the count on basis of On-Time and Delayed with respect to the
Top 10 On-time Clusters and Bottom 10 On-Time

E. Monthly comparison of VIP deals filed


Master Data is an excel based Database which has the data of all VIP deals filed, the VIP deals filed in a
month and comparison with previous month/year data

F. Deals with MQC <10 FFEs


Tool: Master Data
1. Open Master Data
2. Select all unique active VIP deals
3. Go to column Z (From FFE Tier 2)
4. Filter for count less than or equal to 10 FFE’s
5. Provide the count of such deals which have FFE’s count of less than or equal to 10

G. Exceptional deals

1. Open Master Data
2. Select all unique active VIP deals
3. Go to column AL and column AM (Exception Type and VIP Comment)
4. Filter for
5. Provide the count of such deals

Note : We shall confirm on the Target days of 22 days or 30 days.
