Hello

My name is Ryan Williams. I am 17 years old and in 12th grade. My

experience at Origins High School was ok but there was a long and hard

struggle with many different challenges(Bullying,etc). Now you may be

wondering why am I being so negative? Well let me explain. When I

started off in 9th grade, the first day was a good day and they just showed

us our classes so nothing really happened. But as the weeks went by I

was being made fun of and even bullied by multiple kids every day, In fact

the only good thing that happened was the friends I have now who were

there for me every step of the way. Then a few months went by and we had

roundtables which is when we have present our work that we did to

students and teachers. I got nervous at first because I was afraid of going

to make a mistake but It got slightly better towards the end when I was

able to make it through with no problems, Plus I got a good grade on it.

Then the year ended and 10th grade came but I lost motivation and started

to question whether doing homework or school work was worth it,I also had

more problems like trying to learn in class when kids were being to loud

and I was getting bullied even worse than before,We also got more

schoolwork and homework than the previous year which really made me
too stressed to try and complete it all. I started to become more and more

miserable, I even had to go to peer mediation in my school a few times due

to problems with certain people. 11th grade comes which I of course have

been bullied in the beginning but now I was able to defend myself againest

said bullies. 11th grade overall very stressful because we would get a lot of

work and also some of the work was confusing and i didnt understand how

do it, However some classes were fun and nice like the Creamics classes

where we learned how to use clay and create so many creative things with

it. I also started to get into computers and coding because i found it very

intersting. Now I am a senior at Origins High School and things have

gotten better as my classes got less stressful and with the help of my some

of my teachers including Ms Jamie I am currently setting up for futher

education in a trade school called CoOp Tech where I want to learn

Computer Programming/Computer Science. So far i know alot about HTML

and a little bit of Python JavaScript, and C++ and hopefully at this school I

will able to expand my knowledge of coding.
