My name is Juan Del Toro, I’m a senior at Atwater High school, and I am very much interested in the
position of CEO for your company. This company will need a new enlightenment and a way to gain profit
and stability. I will be able to help with that as I’ve shown great leadership when it comes to teaming up
with other people. I believe I will make a big impact and show the way to success in this company.

I’ve been a part of many works that include working in a group setting. I’ve been a part of Atwater High
School’s Varsity Soccer Team and have had the opportunity to become captain for majority of our games.
I’ve always lead my team and groups by example, showing them how to cope with failure and gain a
positive outlook on any situation. No matter what happens, I also show pride and support to my
teammates, which is a big reason as to why I won the Falcon Spirit Award. My points of view have helped
many people open their minds and see more than one perspective. I also have a background in Marketing
as I am a part of the Business and Marketing Foundations course at Atwater High School.
