Reflect, and be grateful to everyone who has been instrumental to What you are today - parents, teachers, school administrators and staff, classmates, and peers. ‘This year's theme, "Unity in Diversity: Quality Education for All", emphasizes how the K to 12 Basic Education Program plays a pivotal role in gearing our society towards being more educated, a society that is open and resilient to challenges and embraces diversity as an element of success. The power of diversity can sometimes be overwhelming due to potential misunderstanding and conflicts, but it is also our differences in perspectives, cultural background, and traditions that can blend us together towards achieving greater success. Dear graduates, when you go home after the ceremonies, don't fret if you leave empty- handed, without any medals or special awards. While these distinctions make this momentous ‘occasion more meaningful for you as graduates or completers, be reminded that success does not ‘only equate to these things. Office of the Schools Division Superintendent MENSAHE Isang mainit na pagbati sa lahat ng magsisipagtapos sa Taong Pampaaralan 2018-2019! ‘Ang araw na ito ay isang hudyat ng pagtatapos ng isang mahalagang angyayari sa inyong buhay bilang mag-aaral, at isang pagsisimula tungo sa isang bagong kabanata bilang mga kabataan. Ang daan tungo sa kasalukuyan ay hindi maging madali, ngunit ito ay _inyong napagtagumpayan, kaakibat ang inyong matinding pag-aasam sa pagtanggap ng bunga ng inyong pagsisikap. Kasabay ng inyong pagdiriwang, naway maging panahon din ito ng pagsusuri sa lahat ng mga karunungang inyong natamo sa loob at labas ng paaralan, maging sa mga pagkabigong inyong naranasan. Naway ang lahat ng ito ay maging gabay at susi sa inyong patuloy na pagsisikhay tungo sa katuparan ng inyong mga pangarap, kaalinsabay ang taos-pusong pasasalamat sa lahat ng inyong mga nraging katuwang at kaagapay ~ magulang, guro, kawani ng paaralan, at mga kaibigan. Binibigyang-diin ng tema para sa taong ito, “Pagkakaisa sa Pagkakaiba-iba: Kalided na Edukasyon para sa Lahat”, ang kahalagahan ng K to 12 Basic Education Program sa paghubog ng isang ‘mulat na lipunan, isang lipunan na matatag at umaayon sa mga pagbabago. Madalas, kaakibat ng pagkakaiba-iba ay hindi pagkakaunawaan, ngunit sa pagkakaiba-iba ring ito tayo nakakasumpong ng pagkakaisa na mahelaga sa pag-abot ng tagumpay. Huwag kayong mangamba na wala kayong maiuwing medalya 0 parangal sa araw na ito. Magaring ang mga karangalang ito ang magbibigay ng mas malalim na kahulugan sa inyong naging paglalakbay, ngunit hindi ito ang tanging magiging sukatan. Higit na magiging matimbang ang inyong pagpupunyagi at pagsusumikap sa kabila ng mga pagsubok tungo sa ikauunlad ng inyong mga saril. Hindi dito nagtatapos ang inyong mga kwento, kung kaya isang hamon ang jiwan ko: Ipagpatuloy ninyo ang inyong paglalakbay, anuman ang pagsubok na dumating. Hangad kong patuloy kayong maging instrumento ng pagbabago sa lipunan, sapagkat ang inyong mga sarili lamang ang makakasiguro ng isang matiwanag na kinabukasan para sa inyong mga sari Muli, isang pagbati para sa Batch 2019 sa inyong tagumpay.
