– ORDER OR REFERENCE TO A COMMISSIONER

(Caption and Title)

Upon written consent of both parties filed with the clerk

of this court requesting that Mr. R. A., residing at 798 Legarda,
Manila, be appointed commissioner to assess the reasonable
market value of the residential house constructed in the lot
identified as No. 38 Constancia, Manila, and finding said
request to be well founded, the aforementioned Mr. R.A. is
hereby appointed commissioner, with powers to inquire into
the particular issue specified above. Mr. R. A., as such
commissioner, is hereby ordered to conduct hearings and
receive evidence, and to submit to this court the report of his
findings not later than 5 December 1968. As such
commissioner, Mr. R. A., after taking the required oath, shall
have the power to regulate the proceedings in every hearing
before him and to do all acts and take all measures necessary
or proper for the efficient performance of his duties under this
order. He may issue subpoenas, subpoenas duces tecum, swear
witnesses, and rule upon the admissibility of evidence, plus all
other powers and duties granted and imposed upon him by the
Rules of Court.
