Step 1 Publication: In this process, aspiring job seekers will be informed of the job vacancies of
the proposed business through posting and distributing of fliers and leaflets.

Step 2 Submission of Pertinent Documents: Applicants will submit their application letter and
complete all the application requirements needed.

Step 3 Interview: Applicants will undergo interview to assure the authenticity of personal
information given be them. Through this, they will be examined more deeply especially on their
farming skills to assess whether he/she deserves the position. Furthermore, it is also to assess the
capabilities and skills they have.

Step 4. Final Selection: the selection of applicant who qualifies in the position offer by the
company will be hired.
Step 5. The hired applicant will undergo orientation and training about their job designation and
job description.
