Ingame Interface
Plane control
You can change the plane direction using the direction buttons as well as by moving the
stylus on the display. To fire guns or drop bombs you can use the buttons defined in the
Options Screen. A machine gun or a cannon fires faster if you press the button
repeatedly instead of just holding it down. Missiles can be fired and bombs dropped
only in certain intervals defined for each weapon.

Energy
The blue bar on the left displays the player energy, which can be used if the player
owns a Shield. The energy shield protects the player from being hit by enemy fire, but
depletes quickly when the plane is hit. Nevertheless, it starts to recharge automatically
after a short while. To restore the energy level faster you can purchase a Powersource
type accessory or pick up energy powerups as you play.

Armor
The yellow bar on the right displays the player’s armor status. The armor wears down
as you are hit by enemy fire.

Credits
The number displayed up in the center shows the player’s credit. Each player receives
credit for every killed enemy and every collected powerup.

Special weapons
The bottom left part of the display shows the Special Weapons icons. Special Weapons
can be purchased using the Equip screen. The number of icons shows the number of
Special Weapons owned by the player. The maximum number of Special Weapons that
can be used in one mission is ten.

Lives
The bottom right part of the display shows the pilot icon and the number of lives left.
Additional lives can be purchased using the Equip screen or acquired by collecting a
Life powerup.
